Pilates / Personal Training Sessions

All classes and sessions are 1 Hour

Mat Classes:  24/7 X-Press Member Rates:

$96 for a 12 class pack ($8 per session)

$50 for a 6 class pack

$12 for a drop in single class

 

Mat Classes:  24/7 X-Press Non-Member Rates:

 $144 for a 12 class pack ($12 per session)

$75 for a 6 class pack

$15 for a drop-in or single class


MVE Chair Classes - Members 

$144 for a 12 class pack

$75 for a 6 class pack

 MVE Chair Classes – Non-Members

 $180.00 for a 12 class pack

Private Mat Sessions, Reformer sessions

5 Sessions - $350 ($70 per session)

10 Sessions - $650 ($65 per session)

Duet Sessions Pilates or Personal Training (2 people):

 1 Session - $50 per person

5 Sessions - $225 per person ($45 per person per session)

10 Sessions - $400 per person ($40 per person per session)

20 Sessions - $700 per person ($35 per person per session)

 
Trio Sessions (3 people):

 1 Session - $40 per person

5 Sessions - $175 per person ($35 per person per session)

10 Sessions - $300 per person ($30 per person per session)

20 Sessions - $500 per person ($25 per person per session)
